BUG: Fix the UN SDGs Banner #132

Describe the bug The banner has wild proportions and is super ugly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an empty alkemio db
  2. Run population
  3. Go to http://localhost:3000/un-sdgs/dashboard

Expected behavior A better image for our sample application
