Describe the bug If Ecoverse doesn't exist, population fails, to generate any entity.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Clean up DB from 'alkemio-sdgs.ods' data
  2. From populator perform population - the population of organisations fail image.png

Expected behavior Population performs successfully.
