Add Attributes JSONLoader #198

The concept of a JSONLoader for Attributes is great to be honest, but there is currently no requirement for it. So far, most JSON loading is handled on a per-use-case basis.

Also, the implementation is incomplete and patchy. There are new templates for JSONLoader classes (via blast) that would be further along out-of-the-box.
