AllegroFlare/Bin needs:

destroy("name")
destroy(T of_value)
destroy(std::vector<std::string> names)
destroy(std::vector<T> of_values)
preload(std::vector<std::string> filenames_also_as_identifiers)
preload(std::vector<std::pair<std::string, std::string>> list_of_identifiers_and_filenames)
