Define case study from TenneT point of view

Perspective is to see compare the pure-tennet-info forecasts with using additional data available from the DSO/customers.

Desired time period: 2022

Data:

[X] Weather forecasts at different lead times of GFS/ICON (Wouter)

Information:

[ ] Provide context information on how customer+DSO forecasts are used at TSO for grid safety analyses and redispatch decissions (Sjoerd)
[ ] Frank understood from Tennet that curtailment occured for the past weeks by TenneT in the case study of Middenmeer. Provide a description of when how much curtailment occured, if congestion actually would have occured if no curtailment took place, and if better forecasts would have made a difference here.

Validate:

[X] Do TenneT measurements match with the Liander measurements? Measurement data from TenneT will not be shared, but this check can be performed. (Wouter)

From TenneT side we would like to forecast active power for station Middenmeer as good as possible with few data, possibly with use of machine learning. Having few data about installed power in DSO grids is a real-life situation for TenneT, therefore we aim to investigate this.

TenneT would prefer to use the measurement data of Alliander on the connection points.

I am closing this issue, since it has been showing no progress for the last three months. I am going to open a new issue related to this topic. The new issue will correspond better with what we currently need to work on to make progress towards the PoC demonstrator deliverable.
