Gather information related to reduced costs of operating the TenneT grid from better power forecasts (part 1)

Acceptance criteria: 1) [ ] TenneT has provided and documented on the SharePoint: "kengetallen", calculation rules, and or assumptions that can be used to quantify the operational/societal cost savings of improvements to power forecasts.

• The goal is not exact quantification. But we do want realistic ranges/bandwidths/ballpark numbers.
• The following costs are in scope:
  • imbalance costs ("onbalanskosten")
  • congestion management/redispatch costs 2) [ ] TenneT has provided and documented on the SharePoint a description of how better power forecasts have a positive impact on grid safety. The description includes answers to the following questions:
• How do bad power forecasts lead to unsafe grid situations?
• Which unsafe grid situations can bad power forecasts lead to?
• What are the societal effects of unsafe grid situations? Outages, fires, etc.
