NNExtension is a Chrome extension that passively tracks load speeds of users as they browse the internet to track ISP throttling.

to install:

• npm install bower-cli -g
• bower install
• npm install

to watch & transpile:

gulp watch

to test go to chrome://extensions/, enable developer mode, and add unpacked extension. select the "app" folder.

Make a production version extension

gulp build
