Add support for descriptor calculation. The API of ToxOtis should allow users to search for descriptors that match certain criteria (e.g. "ot:sameas ot:MolecularWeight") and apply a descriptor calculation algorithm that returns a TypedValue object or a dataset if users ask for one.
