On Android devices with API version 25 and above, when we go to settings and change language, then the language does not change but in lower API versions, language changes as expected.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior in Android API 25 and above:
Click on the Settings menu option in the app.
Click on Language preference.
Choose any language other than the default.
See that the language does not change.
