Currently, in auto-upload photos settings when a user selects a share before selecting a server, nothing happens and the user can't figure out what the problem is as there is no info message present. To solve this issue we can present the user with a Snackbar whenever this situation arises so that the user can know to select a server first.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Settings
Click on Auto upload photos
Select a share before selecting any server.
See that nothing happens and no info message is present.
Current behavior
Nothing happens and no info message present.
