German Language Not Working Bug #753

Describe the issue When we change the language to German in settings, the language does not change to German instead it defaults to the English language.

To Reproduce or Feature details Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Language
  3. Choose the German language
  4. See that language does not change to german.

Expected behavior Language should change to German
