My Calling List Workflow #3

I don't know what you have in mind concerning a call list, but here is what my "idea" would be.

Right now I am using a spreadsheet. Each state their own page, cities in alphabetical order. As I call, I mark the date and the response (CB-call back, VM- voicemail, SEC-secretary, SP- send packet). It works, decently, but I have to constantly go back and forth to map to make sure I'm not traveling back and forth across state unnecessarily.

Ideal, to me, would be to set a hub zip code, and have a list built with a set mile range. And have a drop down list for responses.
