Advanced Church Search #36

There is a need to add advanced church search to better find individual churches that match more exact criteria than the broader simple search on the church listing page.

It should include separate fields to search in with what to search for in each field and whether to match partial words, words, or exact match.

I think this works well enough for now. I haven't heard anyone asking for better since we added refinement options in the right view panel
