Add existing story to sprint #12

The modalbox new-story panel will containe a tab view The first view will show the creation form. The second will show a list of existing stories to select

@ptrouillard a story can have only one or many sprint ?

The story can be referenced by only 1 sprint at a time I like the tabs, ok for me
