[x] Export another county of data (in MA or NY?)
[x] Add in columns for street value, other derived columns
[x] Remove extraneous columns
[ ] Add in other OSM ways that don't have data

Street value per parcel? Per 1000 sf of lot area? Per 100ft of street length?

Done, except all OSM ways should already be in there with a left join to the GPKG (i.e., they might not be in the .tsv file). If they aren't, that can be fixed in the OSM import settings.
