Prototyped server-rendering for classic components, and authored design doc
Discovered bug in karma-mocha which has caused longstanding bugs in test infra, created a PR to fix: https://github.com/karma-runner/karma-mocha/pull/237

Fixed amp-toolbox CI which had been testing against main instead of the actual PR: https://github.com/ampproject/amp-toolbox/pull/1227
