Hello! I discovered a wonderful language Go. I will study this language with Boohu.

Regarding this specific commit, if I had not implemented those three rods eventually, it's because I was not convinced by my initial idea (for example, I'm not sure a fear mechanic really fits in Boohu, and confusing clouds are a bit redundant because there's already several confusion sources, and such a rod would be overpowered with respect to the simple rod of fog). So I'm thinking perhaps a better move is to remove them completely. Anyway, thanks for reminding me of those!

No problems. I did not go deep into the game code and until I know all the points.
