Duty.Level not defined error #343

To recreate error, please follow below instructions:

  1. Go to this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/Duty/admin?action_id=20&task_id=329
  2. Click on update button next to top Duty
  3. Goes to error screen

Hawea check resolved and close after you have fixed circular dependancies - can check and map them in the database table tbl_duty_step_depen...

I havn't yet written database triggers to block these circular situations so can raise as high priority archived issue/bug. Archived becuase if careful with data, is only a system admin error and not required to go live.
