Error trying to update Assigned to #353

To recreate this bug, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/Duty/update/644
  2. Change Assigned to to Chris Reynolds
  3. Click Update button.
  4. System does not do anything.

hawea check resolved and close - after next update
