Normalise height of icons on Clients admin screen and tidy up width of image column #362

Normalise height of icons - currently Powercor icon looks far too large and the general height is variable. Would look a lot tidier if we set the height of each column to a standard height and reduced the width of the column so that the names are not so far away from the images.

Hawea to normalise height of icons by manipulating them in image editor. 80 x 80 pixels.
