Duties not showing in Dashboard #365

Hi Andrew,

Think this might just be affecting duties which are editable i.e. ready to complete (pencil)

  1. To see issue, please first go to this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/Duty/admin?action_id=20&task_id=531
  2. Next, open another browser and login as u/n: peter.nia@westcoastenergy.com.au p/w: password
  3. By comparing the two you will see that "Issue outage information to Outage Planner" does not exist in Peter Nia's dashboard
