Change naming of "Labour resources" to "Labour" #372

Hi Andrew,

This is a low priority but can I please request that we change the naming of "Labour resources" to simply "Labour". This keeps in line with most of our other systems, where we refer to Labour, Plant, Materials and Subcontractors.

Further discussion. Labour is the term have used inside task context. However I feel it necassary to distingush the definition at system admin level as not creating labour i.e. adding a labour content to a task, we are actually setting up the roles - hence I think labour resources is still a better option them. Much like duty step vs duty. Duty step in admin context, duty when in task context. Naming them both the same will be confusing.
