Selecting assembly from assembly group not working #374

To recreate the bug, please do the following:

  1. Click on this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/TaskToAssembly/admin?task_id=12
  2. Click update button next to assembly group 22kV INT/ ANGLE/ SEMI-ANCH CROSSARMS
  3. Select one of the assemblies from the drop down list i.e. 411
  4. Click save button
  5. Following error appears: Please fix the following input errors: Task To Assembly Id cannot be blank. Assembly Group cannot be blank.

@hawea check resolved and close. Also note that you will want to check this both with assemblies and materials coming in as groups attached to both templates and to assemblies
