Bug when trying to click into Duty admin view of TaskToAction #380

To recreate this bug, please do the following:

  1. Login as rojer.berry@westcoastenergy.com.au p/w: password
  2. Click on this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/TaskToAction/admin?task_id=12
  3. Click on the View button next to HV Outage Application (SP Ausnet)
  4. Goes to a CDbException error

The error occurred when I added the DutyRead privilege to the switching operator authority - see this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/AuthItemChild/admin?parent=switching+operator

Also, when I deleted the DutyRead privilege and added the Duty privilege a new bug came up.
