Bug when trying to add Secondary Labour Resource #383

Hi Andrew,

To recreate this bug, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/TaskToLabourResource/admin?task_id=12
  2. Click on +New
  3. When dialog box appears, click on Secondary button. Fill in a quantity and click Create.
  4. Does not do anything
