Breadcrumb bug in Client Actions area - Field Sets and Modes #388

Hi Andrew,

To recreate the bug please do the following:

  1. Click on this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/DutyStep/update/168?action_id=40&client_id=8
  2. Click on 'Field Sets' tab
  3. Notice that the breadcrumb has changed from the Client Actions area to the Actions area.
  4. Now click back button in the browser and click on 'Modes' tab. Notice the same thing occurs.
