Project template cannot be blank bug #389

Hi Andrew,

To recreate this bug, please do the following:

  1. Go to this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/TaskTemplateToAction/admin?task_template_id=32
  2. Click +New under the Actions tab
  3. Select Action "Live Line Application (SP AusNet)" and Importance Standard.
  4. Click Create
  5. error message shows as above.
