There is a constraint blocking me from using the outcome of a custom field against a Duty Step as a labour resource branch more than once. This is wrong I believe as this doesn't give me the ability to add different Labour Resource depending on the outcome of the custom field. This means we can only add a resource for one mode as well.

I wish to add another Labour Resource branch with the same Duty Step and Custom Field but a different outcome and it will not allow this.
