ProjectToClientContact bug adding contact #398

To recreate bug, please do the following:

  1. Click on this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/ProjectToClientContact/admin?project_id=101
  2. Click on +New
  3. Select contact from drop down list and click 'Create'
  4. Error message of Client cannot be blank appears
