Custom fields not animating when creating new project #402

To recreate bug, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Click on the following link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/Project/admin?client_id=10
  2. Click +New You will see that although the Project type has been automatically selected, there are no custom fields showing in the dialog box, however there are custom fields against the project template, so should be showing - see this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/CustomFieldProjectCategory/admin?project_template_id=12

I suspect this might be occurring because of the automatic selection of project type hence template. Will investigate now.
