Quantity Tooltip and Specific values in different order on screen when adding assembly vs adding material #406

Next, click on +New, you will see Specific values at the bottom

Now, click on this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/SubAssembly/admin?parent_assembly_id=1327

Now, click on + New you will see Specific values is now second to bottom.

Just a bit of a bug bear, as it makes it hard to get into a rhythm with data entry and increases risk of errors.

@hawea check resolved and close
