Bug when trying to update material group #412

Hi Andrew, I am getting a 500 Internal server error when clicking on the update button of the material group against a task I have created.

  1. To view bug, please click here: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/TaskToMaterial/admin?task_id=365
  2. Next, click on the update button next to the material group "INSULATOR, STAY, PORCELAIN"
  3. As you will see firebug shows a 500 Internal Server Error

This task needs to be resolved to allow testing of #407 to continue

@hawea check resolved and close. NB: there have now been a large number of changes in the areas of groups contained within tasks. A couple of other tests are to check outcomes when groups are within sub assemblies - i.e. check they show on the correct "drilled" level when reviewing materials or assemblies of sub assembly.
