Task template comment tooltip is not showing when creating task in Chrome browser #415

Hi Andrew,

As per our discussion I am creating this issue to archive.

See this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/Task/admin?crew_id=418 Click New Go to T1234 Test Task which has a comment. Notice it does not appear with the comment in a tooltip when hovering.
