Error creating task from task template which has assembly group attached #418

Hi Andrew,

  1. To recreate issue, please go to this link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/planning/admin?project_id=7
  2. Next, right click on C441 and select Create
  3. Choose "Test Task 2 (Assembly w Ass Group Attached)" and select a Mode at the bottom. Click Create
  4. Error message appears: Quantity cannot be blank.
