Comments box to be expandable #422

Can Comment box please be made into one which can be expandable, same as Quantity Tooltip on the same page.

Hi Hawea

Any timeframe or urgency with these - i.e is there any temporary workaround? I am majorly into the coding of the new booking system using Yii2 and bootstrap 3 and trying to be interruption free if I can to concentrate on the one project at a time - will be finished phase 1 of 3 in a few weeks - some time in July I expect.

If your stuff is urgent then I can move do it Sunday if that is OK?

By the way, the new stuff is pretty cool and will take the worksmanagment into when complete. Got built in ones of testing too so you will be able to create a test script to duplicate the many tests you do when I make changes. Also am writing far less code to achieve far more so once works management sitting in new architecture it will be awesome!
