Display custom field in Planning View #433

Custom Fields have a check box to select them to be displayed in the Planning View and or admin view. The admin view is working but they do not display in the Planning View currently.

This is where the item has been set to display in the planning view: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/TaskTemplateToCustomField/update/46

however, as you can see here it is not displaying:

Please see #447 regarding Modes also. Below is roughly how we would like to display the Tasks in the Planning View. As you can see, the order is:

{Task ID} {Mode} / {Task Description} / {Custom Field 1} / {Custom Field 2}, etc

D901  C980  T910 G&B / Replace G&B crossarm / P234098  T911 Outage / LV Crossarm. Tighten all LV hardware / P234098  T912 Outage / Replace recloser / P234098 / R109
