Material report column headings need to repeat at top of each page #453

Hi Andrew,

Trying to solve a problem with printing of reports. I need to repeat the materials column header on each page.

Didn’t think it was possible. I was wrong. Try now with firefox. Doesn’t work in chrome due to a bug in chrome. Should also work in internet explorer if anyone still uses that - probably northpower!

formatting is a little ugly but can clean that up in the future. Just time consuming fiddle styling stuff but no dramas and shouldn’t be too much urgency. Would concentrate on getting it functionally ok more that exact formatting of output for now.

please close this issue but note a chrome bug due to a bug in the webkit rendering engine that has been there for years evidently - surprised it hasn’t been fixed.
