Bug when trying to delete User Chris Reynolds from User table #461

Hi Andrew,

Am getting a foreign key constraint when trying to delete user: Chris Reynolds from the database - http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/User/admin. Can you please fix if able.

Error message:

System admin error! CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '' for key 'natural_key'. The SQL statement executed was: UPDATE tbl_contact SET id=:yp0, first_name=:yp1, last_name=:yp2, email=:yp3, address_line_1=NULL, address_line_2=NULL, post_code=NULL, town_city=NULL, state_province=NULL, country=NULL, phone_mobile=NULL, phone_home=NULL, phone_work=NULL, phone_fax=NULL, deleted=:yp4, updated_by=:yp5 WHERE tbl_contact.id=37

Same thing for everyone else. Delete from database not working for anyone currently.

For my information, the following people need to be deleted: David Baker, Gary Wilson, Joshua Gavin, Nava Leone, Nevin Carter, Rojer Berry, Victoria Taylor and Zachary Harawira
