This may have been you, but if you go to the Privileges against system admin (http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/AuthItemChild/admin?parent=system+admin) you will see that the only TaskTo... privilege left is TaskToAction. I haven't made any changes here so am confused as to why this has changed. This is the second time this has happened in the past two weeks. Last time I added back the Privileges and carried on but it is concerning as there may be an issue with data being removed unintentionally.
