Custom Field validation not working at initial creation of the project #485

Hi Andrew,

Just an issue with the SQL select validation of a custom field at project creation.

To recreate the bug, please do the following:

  1. Go tot his link: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/Project/admin?client_id=2
  2. +New to add a new project. Add a number into the ZNX Work File No field. Any value will be fine for this part e.g. 5467. Click create
  3. Now when you are taken to the project update screen, go down and click on Update
  4. You will see that two of the Custom Fields throw up errors, which did not come up when we first created it.
