Assembly Groups and Material Groups are not filtering out deleted items from the drop down lists #487

Hi Andrew,

There is a bug which is leaving deleted items in the drop down lists, when we go to make a selection. '

For an example of the bug, please go to here:

  1. http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/TaskToMaterial/admin?task_id=3326
  2. Click on the pencil to the left of the material group "AMPACT CARTRIDGES NEUTRAL CONDUCTOR"
  3. Click on the drop down list. You will see a material item 12412 at the top of the list. If we now go to the list of materials against that Material group, we will see that it does not exist (it has been deleted).
  4. Click here to see the materials within the Material Group for "AMPACT CARTRIDGES NEUTRAL CONDUCTOR" http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/MaterialGroupToMaterial/admin?material_group_id=11687

Exactly the same thing happens with Assembly Group.
