If I give a role a name which is part of another roles name e.g. 'planner' is part of 'outage planner', then planner will display all the Privileges of 'outage planner'. The database is not storing it this way, this is just a display issue i.e. in this view: http://dev.melbourne.wcewm.co.nz/AuthItemChild/admin?parent=outage+planner
