In Moodle 4.3.2, I've translated a questionnaire into Dutch using the filter_translations tool. I then imported the questionnaire into another course using the core Moodle functionality and found that the translation wasn't available. Just the English original content was there.
The setting filter_translations | languagestringreverse_enable was enabled, so I expected the translation to be automatically populate the copied questionnaire.
To help debug this, can you please provide some additional info?
Were the questions in the newly imported questionnaire updated after importing?
Are you using Atto editor?
Are the copy translations (\filter_translations\task\copy_translations) and replace duplicate hash (\filter_translations\task\replace_duplicate_hashes) scheduled tasks enabled or disabled?
Note that during activity duplication and/or importing, translations do not get copied over.
