I need more information

to be able to tell on what site I am on currently, as well as, how many bookmarked memories I have already collected

Acceptance Criteria

a badge that reflects number of bookmarked memories
icons dynamically render when site changes

[x] create badge and display close to bookmark icon
[x] apply styling
