Documentation appears to be out of date. #2758

[x] I understand that GitHub issues are not for tech support, but for questions specific to this generator, bug reports, and feature requests.

The documentation refers to using gulp serve in several places - directly contradicting the README.md advice of npm run start:server and npm run start:client.
