Steppers: enable showing all steps right away

Feature Description

For Steppers, add a switch/option that would allow showing all the steps right away.

Currently this can be only done with .css overwriting. This is not an elegant solution.

Use Case

(both on screenshot) Example 1 : using steppers as simplified process flow. Example 2 : separation of form areas (in case complex forms, very useful) with additional stepper, marking completion of steps. Example 3: for printing / pdf generation of a view.
