Began BASIC options for Non-Profit on http://www.corpnet.com/
It may seem kinda hokey, and may not provide 100% of the options we need, but if it gets us a legal entity in a week's time, then its worth every penny.
State of Texas requires 3 Board Members for a 501(c)(x)
This is usually a 501(c)(x) type org, we will be shooting for a 501(c)(7) Social Club, however will take the 501(c)(1) route if the online type sites will do it more readily.
The entire point here is to knab a non-profit entity of some sort, regardless of the minute details. We can always change types later, but it is a lot harder to switch from an LLC to a non-profit.
