Open Source Self Governance
The intent is to develop, document, and implement open source practices for distributed and sustainable self governance of large groups of people.
We will be docummenting every step of the process including:
Form Legal Entity for Aggregate Representation
Secure insurance for event
Find land location for event
Dealing with land limitations and neighboor relations
Operational logistics of the event (Infrastructure like Port-a-Potties or anything required by law/insurance)
Minimal Viable Infrastructure for sustainability and responsability
Software for dealing with the ticket process, registration system, gate control, etc..
Budget / Finance / Decision Making Transparency
