A couple of days ago I tried to use the portal to extract 10 years' worth of satellite SST data for a smallish box near Tas. Maybe it's too big a request, but as far as I can tell it hasn't even tried to do it yet. According to the status page it has been at position 18 in the queue ever since I sent the request:

Is this currently the expected behaviour? In an ideal world, what I would expect is:
The job to advance in the queue (at least within a day of the request being sent), OR
To be told straight away that I've requested too much data.
