From Nick Roether nicholas.roether@opentrons.com. We could add some of these to a section on Opentrons.

Hi all,

It was great meeting you all last week!

I wanted to follow up with some of the resources I had mentioned which could be useful as you continue to work with your OT-2's:

Pipetting parameters - here's a video from one of our team members showcasing some of the programmable functions for our pipettes. You can manipulate these directly in Python or on our Protocol Designer online!

Considering your interest in finding more ways to use the robot, I highly recommend checking out our Applications section on our website as well as the Protocol Library. Just to give you all an idea of the wide variety of applications we've been able to automate with the OT-2.

Python coding - here is some documentation we have available for users that would like to learn how to write protocols in Python. Get started: Python API onboarding protocol tutorial Python API: Protocol Examples API Version 2 Reference Guide I have also attached below our Preventative Maintenance Guide. This covers topics like maintenance schedule, pipette calibration and a guide on cleaning the OT-2.

Lastly, I was able to work with my manager to provide you all with a new aluminum deck space for your OT-2. All you would need to do is pay for the shipping and I will need to confirm the serial number for your robot. Once I have that, I can send over a quote!

Please let me know if you have any questions or if there's anything else I can help with!

Cheers, Nick
